For me, creativity is an act of care. When we are fully present with the work and with one another, ideas move further. When ego, fear, or distraction take over, the work suffers. The best solutions come from teams who feel steady, supported, and genuinely invested in a shared outcome.

I try to lead in a way that brings both rigor and lightness to the room. I care deeply about craft and standards, and I also believe positivity strengthens performance. When people feel safe and energized, they do brave work. That is when something special happens.
